Scored retrieval and generation with RAGAS (faithfulness, answer relevancy, recall) on generated single-hop and multi-hop QA testsets; diagnosed low recall as bibliography contamination and fixed it with an embedding-based filter, improving retrieval quality over a regex baseline.
