I'm Marish Lakshmanan, a full-stack software developer with growing expertise in AI-powered applications. I've been programming since 2014, and the first customer-facing product I built was a mobile e-commerce app. From there, I took on freelance work helping local businesses build their first online presence.

I've had the chance to intern at two great companies, Veryx Technologies in India and Krevera in the US. Both roles put me on small teams, which meant more responsibility, faster learning, and the chance to work closely with some excellent mentors.

Years of hands-on experience have given me a strong grip on the fundamentals, and that's what makes it easy for me to pick up new frameworks and technologies quickly. That matters more than ever right now: AI has flooded the open source world with new tools, and I think we're seeing a lot more quantity than quality.

My take on AI: it's like a knife in the kitchen. It makes life easier, but it's dangerous if mishandled.
