A timeline of where I've worked and what I built there.
Krevera
Software Development Intern
June 2025 - April 2026Krevera builds systems that detect defects in items produced by plastic molding machines. When I joined, there was just one other person on the software development team, and his mentorship shaped how I approached the rest of my internship.
Highlights
- Contributed to the team's design for migrating vision-model output and ROS telemetry from MongoDB/DocumentDB to PostgreSQL/RDS; wrote the backfill script and rewrote the majority of frontend and backend queries against the new schema, including restructuring the D3 dashboard layer within the Vue.js frontend and moving data formatting server-side for faster fetches.
- Built a real-time defect alerting pipeline (batching, SQS, Lambda, Teams/email) to replace manual dashboard checks with automatic alerts delivered within minutes of detection, cutting the delay between a defect occurring and an operator finding out.
- Built a DST-aware shift scheduler correctly mapping each defect to the on-duty crew across 3 factories (2 companies, multiple U.S. time zones) with rotating weekly shift assignments, preventing misattribution that naive timestamp handling would cause across time zones and shift rotations.
- Operated AWS infrastructure provisioned by senior engineers, spanning ECR-to-ECS deploys behind a load balancer, EC2 for RDS access and database migrations, DynamoDB for low-latency lookups, and Amplify/Cognito for dev and test environments.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute — Myocardi
Research Assistant
April 2025 - May 2026Myocardi is a clinical web application built for cardiologists and echocardiography practitioners. It allows licensed physicians to upload transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) videos and receive AI-assisted diagnostic insights for key cardiac conditions. I was the sole engineer on the project, responsible for the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and technical documentation.
Highlights
- Sole engineer on a full-stack clinical web app for cardiologists (8 pages): Next.js, TanStack, Redux, and Tailwind on the frontend; Node.js, Express, Prisma, and Zod on the backend; backend tested with Jest, frontend tested with Playwright.
- Built the echocardiogram inference pipeline (video upload to S3 to Lambda to AI inference server, roughly 5 to 6 minute turnaround), with results returned to the backend via webhooks, and stood up the training infrastructure used by the ML engineer.
- Managed AWS infrastructure as code with Pulumi, including ECR image builds deployed to Fargate behind a load balancer, EC2 for development access to RDS and other AWS resources, and S3/CloudFront to host occasional standalone SPAs; cut monthly inference costs by roughly 80% by switching the inference server from always-on to on-demand.
- Worked directly with 9 practicing cardiologists across 3 to 4 releases to gather and act on clinical feedback.

Veryx Technologies
Full Stack Developer Intern
Feb 2023 - Nov 2023This was my first internship, where I worked across teams on vTAP and CloudMon. My first task was deploying OpenShift to the test environment, an early attempt that initially failed and taught me a lot about production environments.
Highlights
- Rebuilt the nProbe-to-SQL data path for a real-time network monitoring product that was crashing and dropping records under load, sustaining ~10,000 packets/sec through server tuning and a stored-procedure ingestion routine.
- Resolved NetFlow v10 decryption failures and optimized real-time packet processing for CloudMon, restoring reliable flow monitoring under production traffic.
- Deployed OpenShift on-premises to unblock vTAP product development after earlier attempts stalled.

Freelance
Full Stack Developer
2020 - 2022I worked with local businesses in my town to help them get online, building a survey management dashboard for social auditors and a real-time inventory and order management system for a retail business.
Highlights
- Built a MERN dashboard for social auditors managing 500+ survey records with JWT auth and payment integration, and a real-time inventory/order management app (Android Studio, Java, Firebase) handling 200+ daily orders with live stock and order-lifecycle tracking.
